Referring patients to Metro Dentalcare Maple Grove Periodontics is easy and stress-free for dentists. We have a streamlined referral process in place for your (and your patients’) convenience. Once you have sent us your referral, our team will reach out if we need any additional information. To help us understand your patient’s needs, we greatly appreciate any accompanying images you can provide.

After we receive your referral, our team will contact the patient directly to schedule an appointment.

Patient Status Updates

Easily track your patient's progress

Referring dentists will receive a letter from us after the patient has attended their initial appointment. Once your patient has completed their periodontal treatment, we will contact you before we release them back to your care, providing you with a comprehensive follow-up about outcome and creating a seamless experience for you and your patient.

For patients with ongoing periodontal care needs, Metro Dentalcare Maple Grove Periodontics will update referring providers yearly as a standard. We will, however, provide more frequent updates as necessary (e.g., if the patient’s current oral health status, goals, or needs change).
